This journey is for women 40+ who are new, or newer, to trail running and want to build strength and confidence, step by step. For those seeking a deeper connection between fitness, spirit, and community in a supportive environment.
Most of all, it’s for anyone ready to explore their inner mountains while preparing together for the challenge of the Kusam Klimb, summer solstice 2026.
